The TSF Series features a Digital thermal mass flow meter, manufactured by Golden Mountain Enterprise. It is configured in wetted material of standard flow body- SS316 and O-ring- Viton. It can generate with an output signal of 0 to 5 VDC, having a linear minimum load of 1000 ? or 4 to 20 mA linear, with loop resistance of 500 ?. It also has a maximum pressure of 500 psig, and has range from 0 to 100 SLM to 0 to 200 SLM, ensuring efficiency.

Moreover, this device is available in temperature range from 0 to 50 ?C, weighing approximately of 3.27 kg with power supply.
